Accounts for real-money gambling are outside what we can help with. If you need support with gambling, the National Gambling Helpline is free to call on 0808 8020 133.
Orbit Zen Play Quick is only for adults aged 18 or over. All play uses virtual coins with no monetary value, and nobody can buy, sell, withdraw or exchange them. The post office has no coin shop, you won’t find a payment page anywhere on the site, nothing of real-world value is handed out as a prize, and doing well here does not imply you would succeed at real-money gambling.
